Hello friends! We are Luisa and Douglas. Our journey together started in the most unexpected city in the world, Las Vegas. From there we overcame a 3 year long distance relationship. Living in separate continents. Coming from different cultures, traditions, food, and lifestyles. We quickly fell in love, got married in Vegas, named our little puppy Vegas, and discovered our true passion: Creating experiences. Together.
This world is big, and life here is short. So we do not like to sit still. We want to explore as much as possible and capture as many love stories as we can along the way. Our bucket list is always growing. Our cameras are always capturing moments that will live forever. Our hearts are so full of love, for each other, and everyone we meet on our adventures.
Want to follow along? Here are a few places we have been blessed to explore, with many more to come!!!
Ever since our trip last year to the Italian countryside for our two year anniversary and vow renewal, we have been addicted to the peaceful, picture perfect European landscapes and little villages. Our 2.5 hour road trip to Valensole quickly turned into a 6 hour drive all because of the breathtaking landscapes that we saw along the way. From tiny cottages, Châteaus (#winelovers), waterfalls, and lavender fields. We stopped everywhere. One of our favorites stops was when we took a little hike down to the Lac de Sainte-Croix. Amazed by the turquoise lake in the middle of the mountains. We picnicked, took photos, and just enjoyed the view!
When traveling the countryside, we love staying at an Airbnb. It feels so much more authentic and best of all, the owners or hosts have THE best tips for food and adventures, and that was so true about Alda. She was one of the sweetest hosts we have ever met. She owns a romantic two-story home with olive trees, lavender flowers growing in her backyard, and the best view of Valensole. As soon as we arrived, we felt an instant connection. She invited us to sit down and share a local French beer while exchanging stories about life. We loved listening to her talk about her life in Italy and France.
After capturing unforgettable pictures in the Lavender Fields, we headed to the nearby village of Riez. Just when we thought our trip could not get any better, we were about to have a once in a lifetime experience.
Every Wednesday at 9 am the central square of Riez transforms into the cutest Farmer’s market. Locally grown veggies and fruits, freshly oven baked baguettes, seasoned salami, and all kinds of cheeses that we cannot pronounce but still leave our mouths watering for more. There were many varieties of local herbs and seasonings, olives from the Provence, fresh fish and oysters (yuck!), and LAVENDER everything! From honey, chocolates, essential oils, soaps, dried flowers, and so much more!
With our bellies full, we decided to take a walk through the tiny alleyways and cobbled roads, and quickly realized how cute and unique each and every door and window frame was. So we created a collection of french doors. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Our Secret: The cutest local Farmer’s Market in Riez occurs every Wednesday from 9 am. We bought a variety of fresh salami, cheese, warm baguettes, and olives for our picnic in the lavender fields.
